Shipping Information

Our shopping cart automatically computes your shipping costs for your choice of Fedex or USPS.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All products other than live insects MUST be sent FedEx Ground (HOME or Commercial) If you do not select this method we will not notify you and will ship your order FedEx Ground and charge your account for any extra incurred charges.

Most domestic (U.S.) orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt.

Most international orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt.

Our shopping cart automatically computes shipping costs and is linked directly into the shipping calculators for Fedex. Please note that shipping costs are based on weight, distance traveled, class of service requested and packing material.

If FREE SHIPPING is being offered, it is only within the continental United States and not Alaska and Hawaii.

All lighting systems will only be sent FedEx Ground.

*IMPORTANT: We try our best to get same day orders processed if the order arrives in time for processing. However, when selecting Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day shipping options, please be advised that these options are promised from the time of shipping, not from the time the order was submitted. Please understand that it takes time to process the payment, pick your order from the warehouse, properly pack it in a box, label it and get it ready for shipping.

Most domestic orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt.

Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your order doesn't arrive complete, please wait a day or two before calling, as part of it may have been shipped from a separate location.

NO shipments or orders are insured unless insurance is selected.

We do NOT guarantee orders sent to P.O. Boxes.

Orders shipped via the USPS are NOT able to be tracked. And The Cultivation Station is not responsible for items lost in transit and/or not delivered.

Please note. That it is your responsibility to notify us by email and phone of any packages/orders that do not arrive within 21 days from the time you place your order. After that time we can not be liable for any lost, stolen or undelivered packages or orders. And you will still be responsible for payment. When notified we will start a claim with the shipping company and either locate the package/order or file a claim with the shipping company to recover the cost and get you another shipment as soon as the claim is resolved. Packages/orders are automatically insured for $100.00 .Any extra insurance will need to be requested by you at the time you place the order by email (requests@tcs-hydroponics.com) or phone. BUGS

All orders placed Monday and Tuesday will be shipped out the next day. Orders
placed before 1pm Wed. will be sent that day. All other orders will be sent on Monday of the following week so the insects will arrive alive.

International orders may incur levies and duties by the receiving country. The Cultivation Station Inc.is not responsible for these surcharges and cannot determine in advance what they might be.

Bulky items may be subject to an oversize surcharge from carrier.

Most shippers have recently added fuel surcharges which have resulted in slightly higher shipping rates.

Prepaid orders will be sent freight collect for shipping if appropriate shipping and handling costs are not included with order.

Special orders may require special shipping or handling charges and are non-returnable or refundable.

Bugs and Beneficial Insects

We will guarantee live arrival for all insects sent by a traceable shipping method and if you are available for first attempt delivery.
We can not guarantee live arrival if you miss the first attempt for delivery or request the package to be left without a signature.
If you select US mail for your delivery method we can not guarantee live arrival unless you request a "Shipping Confirmation" label.

We can not control excessive heat and lost or stolen packages.

Any dead or partially dead Insects MUST be reported to us within 24 Hours of confirmation of delivery. NO Exceptions!

BACKORDERS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

We strive to keep our website up to date with current stock shortage information. Occasionally, an item sells out before we are able to update the website. Items temporarily out of stock will be shipped as soon as received back in stock. If a product is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable or better item. If no comparable product is available, we will promptly refund your money.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

All prices and shipping costs on this site are quoted in USD.

We accept the following forms of payment:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card/NOVUS, and American Express.  For your security and ours, we will only ship credit card orders after verification of the billing address. We work closely with authorities and prosecute all fraudulently placed credit card orders! All orders over $200.00 will be sent only to the billing address on the Credit Card.

If you would rather order by mail using a money order, please use the shopping cart which will automatically compute your shipping costs as you shop. When you have finished shopping, the shopping cart will print a completed order form for your convenience.

Purchase orders are accepted online for corporate, educational and government orders. A paper copy of the purchase order on institution letterhead must be mailed or faxed before order will be shipped. Billing is Due upon reciept.

Policies, item availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you are charged. We are not responsible for any typographical errors in this catalog.

Return Policy

 

NO Returns on Electronic Items, Ballasts or Lamps after 10 days of delivery for an in-store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS
Returns are subject to the conditions below.

All items are sent out NEW and in Full working order. And any damage or problems MUST be reported to us within 24 hours of arrival for us to be able to do anything. After 24 hours we can not do anything for you. So please check your order and make sure it is in working condition as soon as it arrives.


Any damaged or incomplete orders MUST be reported within 24 Hours or receiving package.

Any claims must be filed by you (the purchaser) with the Shipping company.

All live insects are guaranteed for live arrival (except to P.O. Boxes) If a P.O. Box is selected TCS is not responsible for the shipment after it has left our facility. Remember that there is NO way of tracking a shipment sent USPS unless requested and charged appropriate fees.

All liquid and dry goods can be returned if un-opened within 10 days of delivery for an in-store credit. Return Shipping charges will be paid by purchaser.

No cash refunds. No exceptions. We will issue an in-store credit minus shipping charges for un-opened items.

All items returned MUST be returned it the original packing and in original condition.

All manufacturers warranty's will be taken care of by the manufacturer as stated in the warranty.

Warranty shipping will be paid for by the buyer unless covered by the manufacturer.

A 15% or $30.00 (whatever is less) Restocking fee will apply to returned items.
